Celebrating Birthdays at Asam House ...

...can also be an event! u know lah, me being me.... never do things simple (applicable when i have time and inspiration)!

It's been a while since the dwindling dance team came together for a good fellowship. So i gathered them to a surprise Doreen birthday party! yahoo... even though it's only 4 of us.

borrowed the props of marriage course and went to set the place waiting for her. well, during the 1.5 hours that me n jasmine were sitting there, we caught many second glances and smiles from ppl who saw us setting up the table. especially with wine glasses.

islam (the waiter) came saying hi and saw the glasses and then he squinted his eyes and asked, "is that hoi tai yeh?".. hahaha... he cant believe his eyes. oh well...

when yean ching came, we started taking pictures cos nothing to do. and doreen just made the U-turn. haaha...

we decided to promote celebrating birthdays in style in Asam House!
ahahhaahhaha....

when she arrive, we started singing "happy birthday..." and finally can have dinner!! i was soooo hungry d! hahahah... then we rush off to church cos tonite got rehearsal. ok. tired d. good nite! =)

when i mentioned that tiramisu is a romantic cake, which I THINK means somewhere along the line of "bring me along"... jasmine immediately decided that this will be her wedding cake. and we burst out laughing!! i googled and it found some ppl saying that it means PICK ME UP or LIFT ME UP.... romantic or not, tiramisu is not my fav cake lor...

friendship makes certain days special and when we do thoughtful things to celebrate it together, it became an extraordinary day! at least it was for me lah... haahaha... thanks to jasmine, doreen, yean ching and myself! =)
