changed lives at times square hong kong

i was travelling alone to hong kong. the moment i land, i switched on my mp3 player and the first word that hit me are these words:
"You're the God of this city, You're King of these people, You're the Lord this nation, You are.
You're the Light in this darkness, You're the Hope to Hopeless, You are.
There is no one like our God. There is no one like our God.
For greater things has yet to come and greater things are still to be done in this city
For greater things has yet to come and greater things are still to be done in this city."

Right on the spot, prophetically i felt the Holy Spirit revealed to me, that our God is the God of this city and He has greater things for this nation/city that I'm in. He just can't wait to tell about it. He's excited about it. His plans are unfolding. I'm sure then that God wants to do something here. It's more than just Project Dance, but He has greater things installed for this nation. I'm humbled and glad to be a part of this heavenly plan in this city.

and thru my conversations with Mei Fang, I've also found out bits and pieces about the current spiritual atmosphere in hk and i'm pretty sure some thing is about to happen in this land.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Project Dance is a 3 day event. Day 1 is registration and corporate meet up session, Day 2 is (2pm-8pm) is the dancing at times square and Day 3 is worshop day!

this production is one of our most prayed production and we saw God answered us from the the production, to the trip to the even disneyland and shopping time. even when nailin found out during airport check in that her passport only have 3 months validity. everyone prayed again. we believe that the officer was either blinded or she does not know how to count because she just granted nailin entry without questioning her. each time we pray, we just see God answering, opening doors, and making things possible.

one of the most memorable thing about PDHK was on friday night when everyone gathered for a corporate worship session and as the dancers was ministering on the small stage where the words of the songs were projected as well, cheryl took the mic and spoke that she felt God is saying He has written his words on us just like how the words is projected across the dancer and on saturday, we are to tell these words to the people. to me that was the significance of preparing ourselves before the dance performance on sunday. cheryl made sure everyone spent at least a good hour worshipping God that night preparing our hearts and focusing on God.

when we came down from the stage, our first response was not on ourselves - on what we did wrong, or did correct, but it that our we felt relieved knowing that we had done our part to deliver the message God put in us. we have obeyed. there were no thunderous applause, crowd rushing to shake our hands, pat our shoulders, or people asking for pictures and autograph but there was a sense of peace and confidence in our hearts that God is pleased and that was the sense of fulfillment.

as for the team they were inspired, experiencing the answered prayers and the love of God and seeing how God used dance to minister to others. each of us came back charged to build the team and our faith has increased to see greater works of God in our lives, ministry and production.

all in all, we are just humbled and proud that God used the littled we has and brought us so far to Hong kng to minister and be ministered. we counted the number of prayers answered and it came to about 20 or more.

let me encourage you to also found your ministry or works in prayers. you will see how God can bring you much further as you obey and pray on.

for each of you that had believed in us, prayed with us, our most heartfelt gratitude.

picture with cheryl and her daughter. she's pregnant and still making project dance happen. btw, she likes our butterfly testimony cards.

in hong kong

am now currently in hong kong for my very awaited break.
as i was travelling alone, this man, came and sat next to me and followed all the way up to the flight and insisted on sitting next to me.
i can only say one thing about this man's brags - he's a spoiled brat.
he insisted he ordered two hot dogs and only got one and he made a fuss about it. the explanation is simple - he ordered TWO because ONE for KL-HK, the other one is for HK-KL!!
when he cant have his way, he's stomping his feet and make ridiculous requests to be met just to appease him yet being unreasonable about his request, hiding behind the facade of 'it's you duty to provide customer service'. even saying the online system is stupid, and insisted on seeing the captain of the flight over this hotdog matter. i was like omgosh! how childish can one old man be? and he'd just raised the bar! absurd and annoying.
so he had a good half hour bicker with the flight attendant and end with the senior flight attendant - over my head. cos he was seated on my left, the attendants on my right! but she was not very polite herself too. answering impatiently but she stood her ground and no extra hotdogs for him! ahaha..
he insisted on the full name of the senior attendant and the captain so that he can write the letter of complain. being me, i was so tempted to ask the attendant for another piece of letter to write a commendable letter to the flight attendant stating the imbecile man who was acting like a brat! but i refrained myself and pretended to be asleep all the while... hahaha...
well, at least my flight was well-entertained. there's drama even without the TV!
